Zenith Snr Customer Support – Mining Mobile Plant

Bring your previous experience to their multi-million-dollar workshop, located in Hazelmere Western Australia.

Equipped with the latest mining technology to provide highly cost-effective mining services, including manufacturing and earthmoving equipment repair, and maintenance with rapid turnaround times. Specialising in all types of earthmoving equipment repairs from mobile plant maintenance mechanical repairs and mining equipment repairs to complete machine rebuilds along with quarantine cleaning services, equipment hiring solutions and prepare for equipment transport.

To ensure customer shave the expert advice they need when it comss to hring/ purchasing mobile plant they are looking to add a Snr customer service role.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Regularly speaking with and providing advice to customers
• Developing quotations including variations to quote
• In partnership with the workshop Manager booking jobs in line with customer needs
• Maintain ongoing strong relationships with key customers
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Desired experience:

• Previous experience in a similar customer facing role within mining mobile plant and equipment
• Previous Experience as a HD Mechanic (mining/mobile plant)
• A sound understanding of Mobile Equipment: CAT, Liebherr, Komatsu
• Experience with Earthmoving and support vehicles: water trucks, mining and civil equipment, Vac trucks, fitter and boilermaker trucks, crane trucks, flat tray store trucks and/or service trucks highly regarded.
• Know your way around a workshop!
• Strong business, computer, and technical skills
• High attention to detail and pride in your work
