Zenith Site Supervisor

Zenith Search Blue Collar is seeking an Experienced Site Supervisor for our client in Malaga

The role is predominately based in the Malaga office with regular site travel to conduct shutdown works and provide after sales support to customers. Reporting to the After Sales Service Manager you will actively supervise service teams, shut down maintenance, staff change outs and conduct routine maintenance & detailed audits of our clients equipment, while maintaining safe and efficient operations.

Shuts can last up to 2wks with a minimun of 1wk. The shut downs are for a leading Mining client and there is a well defined schedule for the shuts operations that has a years forward projection so there is sufficient notice to allow for planning around work/family life balance.

• Perth based hours 6am – 2pm Monday to Friday
• Site based – 12hrs 5am – 5pm
• $105K + bonuses for shut downs – can take you up to $140/160k
• lead pre start meetings
• complete detailed shift logs and handovers for the client and incoming shift supervisors
• Drive a safety first work culture
• Coordination of machine maintenance and service work onsite
• Liaise directly with customers to coordinate all aspects of after sales & support

What you need:

• Minimum 3-5yrs experience in a similar supervisory role within the mining and maintenance industry
• Engineering Trade Cert – Mech Fitter/HD Fitter/Boilermaker
• Proven Boilermaker experience
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Computer literate
• Ability to work under pressure with good organisational, time management skills
• Current DL own transport
• Abililty to pass medical/DAS
