Join a leading mining contractor experiencing rapid growth in the industry. They specialise in providing mining solutions in resources and infrastructure. As they expand and grow, they are seeking a Senior Talent Advisor to source talent within the mining sector.

The Role:

• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract candidates within the mining industry.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions.
• Utilise a variety of sourcing methods, including networking, seek, LinkedIn social media platforms, and industry events, to identify candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment process, from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

The Requirements:

• Previous recruitment experience in the mining or construction industry.
• Strong administration skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong computer literacy in Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Australian working rights
