The opportunity…

This is an amazing opportunity for a Senior / Project Manager to deliver a $150m infrastructure project within the Sydney area. Given the growth in recent years we are searching for someone who aspires to work their way into an Operations Manager in time through the delivery of successful projects. This opportunity will see you working with a thriving tier 2 civil contractor who has history and extensive capability delivering challenging infrastructure projects nationally. The General Manager who drives the business locally is one of the highest calibre and professional managers in the industry who is responsible for mentoring many engineers, supervisors and project managers over the years.

What we are searching for….

Are you a high calibre Senior / Project Manager that likes to demonstrate your capability through your performance, by performance we are talking about solid leadership skills, ability to build effective relationships both with the client, sub-contractors and internal staff both up and down the chain. You will have experience delivering infrastructure projects in Australia that involve either road, rail or bridge projects. You will demonstrate strong commercial and contractual acumen and have the experience and skills to review opportunities to maximise the probability of your projects while taking your clients “on the journey” working in partnership and collaboratively for best outcomes for all parties. It is critical that your career has seen you working for the delivery side contractors and not on the client side.
