• $45ph-$52ph + super + loading + salary sacrifice
• Permanent Part Time or Full Time
• 50% loading for Saturday and 75% loading for Sunday

One of our leading, high-end clients has an exciting opportunity to join their residential aged care nursing team working in a Permanent Full Time or Part Time Position based in Bunbury. They have 3 facilities in the Bunbury area and we are looking for committed RNs who will be responsible for delivering high quality care to their elderly clients.

They provide Residential Aged Care, Memory Support and Home Care services and they are currently looking for a Registered Nurse to join their friendly team.

You will be responsible for delivering best practice person centred clinical care, aligned with the Clinical Governance Framework and Aged Care Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities of this role:

• Updating care plans
• Assisting with assessments
• Administering medication
• SIRS management – Fall Management and Reporting
• Supporting the residents’ families and listening to feedback and requests
• Wound management
• Identify deterioration and escalate
• Supervise care staff and offer helpful advice and coaching

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:

• We are flexible on the environment and will consider RNs from hospital, community and regional areas
• Current registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia via the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Demonstrated experience as a Registered Nurse in an Aged Care Setting
• Good clinical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of the Aged Care Standards
