Zenith Registered Nurse – Night Shifts

• $40ph-$50ph + super – Transitional Care or Residential Aged Care
• RN – Night Shifts – Part Time – Sunday to Wednesday

Night Shift RN Opportunities:

We have several permanent part time opportunities for NIGHT SHIFT RNs to work in residential aged care or transitional care. You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to the elderly with the support of a team of carers lead by a Med Comp Carer.

Located in either Bicton, North Fremantle or North Perth, we have various opportunities available for night shift RNs.

Our client provides Residential Aged Care and Transitional Care Services and you will be responsible for delivering best practice person centred clinical care, aligned with the Clinical Governance Framework and Aged Care Quality Standards.

We have the following Night Shift RN Positions / Shifts available:

• Transitional Care – Sunday to Wednesday – 3 or 4 Night Shifts – 50 Beds with Med Comp Carer – Bicton

• Residential Aged Care – Monday to Wednesday – 3 Night Shifts – 95 Beds with Med Comp Carer – Bicton

• Residential Aged Care – Monday & Tuesday – 2 Night Shifts – 35 Beds with Med Comp Carer – North Fremantle

• Residential Aged Care – Monday to Sunday – 3-4 Night Shifts – 60 Beds with Med Comp Carer – North Perth

Please note that these are not casual positions and the successful candidate must be prepared to commit to permanent part time employment

Key Responsibilities of this role:

• Ensure compliance with the new single set of Aged Care Quality Standards
• Lead the team of carers
• SIRS management – dealing with falls and incidents
• Medication management and administration
• Chronic pain management
• Updating care plans and assessments
• Supporting the residents’ families and listening to feedback and requests
• Wound management

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:

• Current registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia via the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Demonstrated experience as a Registered Nurse in an Aged Care Setting
• Good clinical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of the Aged Care Standards
