Zenith Registered Nurse – Bicton

• Sunday – Wednesday PM Shifts

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join a fantastic Aged Care Facility on a Permanent Full-Time and Part-Time basis across PM or Night Shifts based in Bicton, WA.

Our Client:

One of our leading Residential Aged Care clients with several Facilities in Perth, prides itself on having a caring and ‘family-friendly’ company culture, which is reflected in its low staff turnover and excellent staff-to-patient ratios.

They provide Residential and TCP services and are currently looking for Registered Nurses reporting to the Clinical Nurse Manager and Director. You will be responsible for delivering best practice person-centered clinical care, meeting the Aged Care Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities of this role:

• Deliver high-quality aged care to residents
• Ensure compliance with the new Aged Care Quality Standards
• Drive clinical excellence
• Update care plans, and assessments as well as complete wound care management
• Administering medication
• SIRS management
• Supporting the residents’ families and listening to feedback and requests

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience required:

• Current registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia via the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Preferably Aged Care Experience – will consider RNs from a different background
• Good clinical decision making and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of the Aged Care Standards
