They have minimal SIRS due to having a full complement of carers & nurses on each shift, which means you are able to spend quality time with your residents.

About the role

This is a unique opportunity on the AM shift, and you will be looking after 42 residents alongside two other senior registered nurses, 1 CCC, and 12-14 careers (which includes med comp carers)

On the night shift, you will be 1 of 2 registered nurses with the support of 8 med comp careers throughout the facility. This is a low-care facility, and they have minimal SIRS & falls during the night shift.

on shift, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Deliver high-quality aged care to your residents
• Ensure compliance with the new Aged Care Quality Standards
• Update care plans and assessments as well as complete wound care management
• Administering medication
• SIRS management
• Ensuring restrictive practice guidelines are adhered to
• Overseeing and assisting the team of careers
• Supporting the residents’ families and listening to feedback and requests

About you

• AHPRA Registered Nurse
• Must have aged care experience
• Must be able to Travell to Ascot
• Able to commit to Permanent full-time or part-time employment
