Our Client:

One of our leading clients has an exciting opportunity for two experienced Registered Nurses or Graduate Nurses to join their beautiful aged care facility with 60 beds where the people and culture really set them apart. You choose if you wish to work Permanent Full Time or Part Time AM, PM or Night Shifts from Monday through to Sunday.

Assistance with Visa sponsorship and relocation package available. Temporary on site accommodation or off site studio apartment with shared pool car available upon commencement.

Key Responsibilities of this role:

• Deliver high quality aged care to residents
• Ensure compliance with the new Aged Care Quality Standards
• Drive clinical excellence
• Supervise and direct care staff
• Updating care plans and assessments
• Administering medication
• Supporting the residents’ families and listening to feedback and requests
• Wound care management

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:

• Current AHPRA registration and Nursing Degree
• Experience working within aged care/healthcare environment
• Good clinical decision making and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of the Aged Care Standards
• Covid and Flu vaccinations
