The Opportunity:

We are seeking an available PROJECT MANAGER who is looking for their next opportunity based here in PERTH.

The Position:

This Project Manager will manage multiple INDUSTRIAL/COMMERCIAL D&C projects ranging in value from $5million – $20million. These projects include industrial warehouses!

The Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management
• 7+years’ exposure to construction projects.
• Proficiency with QA processes, testing and documentation.
• Experience in managing subcontractors & liaising with the client.
• A pro-active, can-do attitude and the ability to hit the ground running.
• Positive references from previous employers, demonstrating a stable employment history.
• DESIGN & CONSTRUCT EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL!
• YOU MUST BE A SELF STARTER!
