The Opportunity:

Our client is an Australian owned company in the mining, civil and commercial construction industry. We are seeking an available PROJECT MANAGER who is looking for their next opportunity based here in PERTH. This position will manage multiple ends to end BUILDING PROJECTS INCLUDING COMMERCIAL/INDUTSRIAL up to a value of $10mil – $15mil.

This position

• This position will assist in the prompt delivery of numerous million-dollar projects. This position will be based in the metro area. BUILDING BACKGROUND with exposure specifically D&C.

The Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management
• 6+years’ exposure to construction projects.
• Proficiency with QA processes, testing and documentation.
• Experience in managing subcontractors & liaising with the client.
• A pro-active, can-do attitude and the ability to hit the ground running.
• Positive references from previous employers, demonstrating a stable employment history.
• DESIGN & CONSTRUCT EXEPERIENCE ESSENTIAL
