The Opportunity:

Our client is an Australian owned company in the mining, civil and commercial construction industry. We are seeking an available PROJECT MANAGER who is looking for their next opportunity based here in PERTH. This position will manage multiple ends to end BUILDING PROJECTS with minor civils up to a value of $10mil – $15mil.

THIS CONTRACTOR IS IN A UNIQUE POSITION- MAIN CONTRACTOR FOR ONE OF WESTERN AUSTRALIAS GOVERNMENT ENTITIES.

This position

• This position will assist in the prompt delivery of numerous million-dollar projects. This position will be based in the metro area. BUILDING BACKGROUND with exposure to minor civils essential.

This is an opportunity to build upon your existing project experience while being part of Excellent career progression, opportunity to step into a Business Development capacity.

The Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management
• 8+years’ exposure to civil construction OR infrastructure projects
• Proficiency with QA processes, testing and documentation.
• Experience in managing subcontractors & liaising with the client.
• A pro-active, can-do attitude and the ability to hit the ground running.
• Positive references from previous employers, demonstrating a stable employment history.
