Zenith Search Blue Collar are recruiting for a People & Culture Advisor

• Rockingham Location
• Permanent position
• $105k + super
• Adhoc requirement to travel to NSW/SA to support other branches – 1wk duration

The purpose of the People & Culture Advisor is to provide effective/efficient generalist advice to management and empoyees across the given portfolio on all HR related matters. Under the guidance of the People/Culture Advisor Lead, the role will be responsible for advising on professional employee HR/IR/ER issues.

What you need:

• Current DL own transport
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources/Industrial Relations or equivalent
• Exceptional people skills, verbal/written communication skills
• Highly developed communication/interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and to prepare correspondance and reports
• Strong knowledge of the statutory and regulatory framework and legislations in which employee relations and WHS operate
• Ability to multi task and keep calm under pressure
