The Opportunity:

Our client is a successful tier-1 civil construction company that has been delivering a wide range of engineering services in WA for over 40 years.

We are currently searching for an experienced HSE ADVISOR to join the team permanently on a 2:1 FIFO roster. The project is a defence project and will involve works such as building, drainage, concrete and services.

The role:

• Update, implement and drive safety procedures, policies, systems, and processes.
• Lead incident investigations
• Injury management and return to work.
• Conduct audits, site inspections and walkthroughs.
• Run and give updates at pre-starts and toolbox talks.
• Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and contractors.

• Stay up to date with legislative changes and ensure the company remains compliant.

The Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications in HSE
• 3+ years of experience in HSE roles.
• A pro-active, can-do attitude and the ability to hit the ground running.
• Positive references from previous employers, demonstrating a stable employment history.
• BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
