The Opportunity:

Our client is a successful commercial construction company that has been delivering projects around WA for over 120 years.

We are currently searching for an experienced HSE ADVISOR to join the team on a permanent basis in a Perth-based role. You will be the sole HSE for the company and be responsible for overseeing all projects. This is your chance to make the safety space yours. Over time you can develop and implement your own safety systems.

The role:

• Update, implement and drive safety procedures, policies, systems, and processes.
• Lead incident investigations
• Injury management and return to work.
• Conduct audits, site inspections and walkthroughs.
• Run and give updates at pre-starts and toolbox talks.
• Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and contractors.

• Stay up to date with legislative changes and ensure the company remains compliant.

The Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications in HSE
• A pro-active, can-do attitude and the ability to hit the ground running.
• Positive references from previous employers, demonstrating a stable employment history.
• COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
