Job Description:

As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business. This includes managing budgets, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accounting standards. You will work closely with senior management to make data-driven decisions that contribute to the financial health and growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.
• Prepare and analsze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Manage the finance team, including mentoring and training staff.
• Collaborate with external auditors and other stakeholders.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA / CPA preferred).
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager in a relevant industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction cost accounting and project financial management.
• Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Excel.
