Leadership Role:

As a highly valued Clinical Nurse Manager you will join a team who are renowned for providing high standards of care to residents and their families. This role is supported by an amazing team who work collaboratively with you to enhance the delivery of service. The facility has 86 residents and 2 CNMs with 1 CNM on each floor and clinical support assigned to each floor. Highly supportive Facility Manager who leads from the front and understands aged care and appreciates each and everyone’s contribution.

​The Successful Candidate:

• Current experience and AHPRA registration
• Clinical experience in aged care working in a residential setting
• Lead and manage staff in a clinical care setting
• Coordinate and oversee audits, clinical indicators and ensure best practice
• Current National Police Clearance and NDIS clearance
• Current influenza and COVID vaccinations
