Our Client:

Our client is seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead the clinical team in this stunning newly commissioned 5 Star Residential Aged Care home in Belmont.

As a highly valued Clinical Nurse Manager you will join a team who are renowned for providing high standards of care to residents and their families. This role is supported by an amazing team who work collaboratively with you to enhance the delivery of service. The facility has 96 beds and 2 CNMs and a strong cohesive team who share the values and feel supported, empowered and are enabled to fulfil a rewarding aged care carer.

Leading from the front is a highly experienced and supportive Facility Manager who leads from the front and understands aged care and appreciates each and everyone’s contribution.

​The Successful Candidate:

• Current experience and AHPRA registration
• Clinical experience in aged care working in a residential setting
• Lead and manage staff in a clinical care setting
• Coordinate and oversee audits, clinical indicators and ensure best practice
• Current National Police Clearance and NDIS clearance
• Current influenza and COVID vaccinations
