As a highly valued Clinical Nurse Manager you will join a team who are renowned for providing high standards of care to residents and their families. The facility has 110 beds and a strong cohesive team who share the values and feel supported and empowered to drive excellence. Leading from the front is a highly experienced and supportive Facility Manager who appreciates each and everyone’s contribution.

The Role:

• Support the Facility Manager by providing leadership and mentoring, with a clear focus on quality outcomes
• Coordinate nursing services and care to meet care outcomes
• Actively lead, coach, mentor and supervise the clinical team and care staff
• Be a visible, hands-on leader fostering positive relationships with staff, residents and families
• Support the Facility Manager with recruitment, orientation, management and admissions
• Identify areas for improvement and apply continuous quality improvement approach
• Support with training, identify clinical ad care systems, process and performance gaps and provide support to develop corrective action plans
• Ensure the facility functions in line with Residential Aged Care quality standards, legislation, auditing, compliance and bet practice guidelines

​The Successful Candidate:

• Current experience and AHPRA registration
• Clinical experience in aged care working in a residential setting
• Lead and manage staff in a clinical care setting
• Coordinate and oversee audits, clinical indicators and ensure best practice
• Possess highly competent clinical and critical thinking skills
• Have an understanding of ANACC and Aged Care Standards requirements
• Current National Police Clearance
• Current influenza and COVID vaccinations
