• This is a unique opportunity for a Civil Site Supervisor with extensive Bulk & Detailed Earthworks and Maintenance experience who is interested in working and living the beautfil coastal living lifestyle! This opportunity consists of maintenance and upgrades work for successful candidates with suitable experience.

The Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisor role for a civil contractor.
• Extensive knowledge of roads, earthworks, and maintenance essential.
• Ability to positively influence and lead team/sub-contractors.
• Experience managing crews of 15+ people with strong leadership skills.
• Genuine desire to be part of an environment where you can utilise your skills and knowledge.
• Strong client management skills.
• Great safety record adhering to all site policies and procedures.
• Located in the beautiful South West.
