Our team operates across various sectors in the blue-collar industry, including Metal trades, Mining, Mining Services, Construction (Civil & Commercial) and Transport.

We are seeking experienced Blue Collar recruiters who have been successful within their roles who can display tenacity and commitment to delivering a high standard of work and establishing good candidate relations.

• Ideally, you will demonstrate the following skills and attributes to be successful in our business:
• Experience in either a 180 or 360 degree recruitment role
• A desire to do the best of your ability and provide successful outcomes

• Ability to build long term relationships and understand where you can add value
• Sense of urgency & self-starter / motivated approach
