Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit for roles including Boilermakers, Welders, Mechanical Fitters, General Hands, Electricians, and Forklift Operators.
• Thrive in a fast-paced desk, managing multiple roles efficiently throughout the working day.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, addressing issues that may arise effectively for long-term partnerships.
